REGINA is a lifetime resident of the Prairieville, Gonzales, Baton Rouge Parish areas, she & her family grew to love and appreciate the special features of the Ascension Parish community. She married her high school sweetheart, Tim, in Germany & was an “Air Force Wife” for five years. She supported him as a jet engine mechanic & was there when he fought in the war in Desert Storm, now he has returned that support to her during the ups and downs of her career in Real Estate. They have 3 boys, 1 girl who all attend & are very active in school activities at the Dutchtown Schools.

SABRINA is a life long resident of Louisiana. She has lived in Baton Rouge and outlying parishes and now resides in Ascension Parish along with her husband and two children.
Sabrina first became a Buyer Agent with Remax and has never listed properties. Unlike traditional agents Sabrina has chosen never to become a listing agent and her every experience in real estate has been with helping buyers and negotiating the best terms for buyers.

RENEE is a Life long resident of Baton Rouge, where she was born and raised. She resides with her husband and son. Renee’s daughter was recently married whereas Renee helped secure the purchase of a home in Ascension Parish for her and her new hsuband.

DEAN FOKAS was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Louisiana for the last 5 years. He resides in Ascension Parish with his wife, son and daughter. He also has a son that lives with his mother in New Jersey. After graduating high school Dean joined the Marines for 3 years, worked several customer service professions until he was discovered diving at a public pool in his home town and became a Professional High Diver, which he has done for 26 years. Dean has traveled all over the world as a Professional High Diver/Aquatic Entertainer, which is how he was able to meet his wife, who is a life long resident of Louisiana. He plans to continue high diving, but only as a fun sport during his vacation times.
Dean is an avid pool player and enjoys playing in 8 ball and 9 ball tournaments. He also enjoys darts, tennis. bowling, and playing with his kids.
Dean has been surrounded by real estate due to his wife and sister-in-law being in the business. Dean has also maintained a job in Ascension Parish as a delivery person which has enabled him to get to know the Prairieville area quite well and become very familiar with all of the neighborshoods and businesses. He choose to become a Buyer's Specialist because he has seen his wife help many buyers and felt that he'd like to start out his real estate career the same way.
